I shot some pics at a pool hall last night. I've shot there before. The light is horrible. Rendering requires a lot of highlight reduction and shadow pumping. Last year I shot with the K-7. 3200 was really too slow, 6400 was very noise. This year I shot with the K-5 at both 6400 and 12800.

Definitely a color balance issue, but it's the venue not the camera. The pool hall has a range of lighting, some quite red, some green and pure tungsten -- all converging right at the edge of the table where the shooters stand. So I compromise in conversion. The pics would probably be better as
