The worst offenders are the NCIS and Law & Order series. To me it's not the shutter sound that grates, it's the motor drive film advance that drives me nuts (except for the older reruns). That, and basic camera handling technique, like not moving an inch in any direction, yet firing off 3 or 4

I believe this should be as simple as ensuring that you always select Color Space: sRGB under File Settings when you export images for publishing. Since the default colour space is assumed to be sRGB when none is provided, your images should render the same with or without EXIF. But then life is n
