I just now found this post. A few weeks ago, my wife had cataracts removed from
both eyes. She then had Toric lenses implanted in both eyes in the hope that
the info is true and she'll not need glasses except to read. She's encouraged
by her progress at this point.

My mum had the same kind of surgery a few years ago.
Here's a photo I took when I was still in high school. This was shot
with a Pentax Spotmatic and a Vivitar 135mm lens. I'm guessing there
are a lot of people on this list that don't know what a preset lens
is.

setup. (Mainly because small changes in your focus distance with a
