to get down there to and visit my brother and his family who were
camping there. The park is about 3 1/2 to 4 hours to get there from
my house. So we left at 5am
Nice lookin' car and shot. You make these look so perfect - like
anyone could stand there and snap the shot. Of course, having tried
this, I know very differently.

Larry, I have a 16gb Transcend and 2 - 8gb Patriot cards that I swap back and
forth all the time between the K20D and th K-x. I format them in camera and
normally use the built in card reader on my HP laptop or a Gateway desktop. I
have been doing this at a high frequency without nary a hiccup

Those hummers move quite a bit. If you watch close, they do come
back to the same places quite often. So catching one still, is an
exercise in patience. Still, they are very small - need as much

Can't answer as to quality control. For my own personal experience:
*ist D X 2 - both with over 50K exposures, both still work. 1 K10D
about 25K exposures - still works. 1 K20D about 17K exposures - still
works. 1 K-x about 15K exposures - still works.

Do be aware that zooms can suck dust in as you zoom them - not as bad
as changing lenses, but still - if it is that dusty, seems like it
