I need some help with flash for my 645nII and 360 FGZ. So far I've gotten
acceptable results but want to try a flash bracket. Does Pentax make one to
fit the 645nII? How about Stroboframe? I've seen their equipment on the
web but have no idea which model would work for me. Thanks.
I was talking to someone far more knowledgeable than myself and he was
saying that there is a difference in the quality of the pixel rating between
professional digital cameras and the garden variety point and shoot
digitals. Something to do with algorithms. For example, would a Nikon D1 or

I'm wondering what is the general take on Epson printers? Because I really
do need an all in one multifunction printer, I am thinking about the Epson
CX3200 which advertises up to 5760x720 dpi. Thanks in advance for all
feedback.

Wow! Before you all go to the site to view the photos try doing what I did.
Glance at the pics and try not to look at the names below the pics. I can
almost guarantee that most of you will be able to pick out Brad Dobo without
reading the names. Uncanny how some people look like their
I think I may have made a mistake while shooting with my AF360FGZ flash
today but then again I may have been lucky. I shot quite a few frames in
TTL mode then switched to Auto. At that time I realized the flash was set
to ISO 400 while the film I was using was ISO 100. Of course while shooting
I bought one about two months ago and I love it! I'm still getting used to
it only because it's the only medium format camera I've used, but it really
is a joy. I have the 75mm lens but have rented a 80-160 zoom that was nice
also. It really is an easy camera to use and I'm sure you'll love
I know this isnt something that should be done, but if I were in a jam can
film such as Kodak Portra 160 NC be developed in a 1 hour lab such as
Costco? I would normally have it done at the professional lab but Im in a
bind.

I'm new to the subject of studio flash. I have two strobes rated at 220
watt seconds each but they didn't really come with instructions for a novice
such as myself. They mentioned a guide number of 165 and said for example
that if the subject is 10 feet away then divide 165 by 10 to arrive at
Dopey me, I guess I didn't think of that! Thanks to you and William Robb
for pointing that out. Hey, I never said I knew what I was doing.

I have an AF 360 FGZ but I am new to the idea of dedicated flash. I will be
using the flash unit on a 645NII. When I took my first

Stephen,
You do run into the issue of shutter speed - without a leaf shutter
lens, you are limited to 1/60 or slower. Beyond that, meter and set
the camera for proper exposure. Then set
in
advance.
