I agree with your (and a few others') recommendation regarding the
upgrade.
I just looked it up, and found that Windows 10 continues to have both
32-bit and 64-bit versions.
(So much for Adobe-LR-6's lack of support for 32-bit systems.)

You'll have a year to decide. My advice: let the early adopters shake
out the release for a while before you decide to take the plunge. You
can also image your drive and revert, but there is always the outside
