Both my LX bodies have problems, that I'd like taken care of by Pentax.
However now that they've revamped their web site they don't have a list
of no longer supported equipment. I haven't sent either in because
well, I haven't shot film with either in a couple of years, but I

All of my three LXen have been through a Pentax Colorado CLA.
IIRC, turnaround was about 4 weeks (I haven't tried to get the
Rush service), price was $140-150. None of the three has had to go
back since.

I had my LX repaired locally. Well, not so much repaired as had the sticky
mirror fixed. I took it in to my local camera shop and they gave me the
address and telephone number of the man that they used. Told me that if
they sent it off it would cost me 35 gld so it'd be cheaper if I took it
