Mark - both of those are good ideas. When I get back from class I'm
going to try using Lightroom's adjustment brush to change the white
balance in the two areas. I'll also see what a BW looks like.

I was in the process of taking this photo, without the woman, as an
example of leading lines. The woman just happened to be walking
through the park (and through my photo.) Even
I like the top part of the image and the bottom part very much.
On my screen, at least, the right portion of the center of the image
(just above the woman's head) is very dark, and I find it quite
distracting. Also, I can't tell whether the two pathways connect or
not, and if they do, how.

and looked at this photo on an iPad, in Lightroom, and on a couple of
different monitors. It looks different on all of them.
The shadow under the bridge could be opened up a bit. On my monitor
