very instant... here's wishing your son a full recovery and you had
better make sure he complies with doctor's orders all the way and then

He's been out of the O/R for about 18 hours now.
C5 vertebra was removed and replaced with a titanium cage.
Front of C4-C6 were fused, then they flipped him over and fused C3-C6
as well.
