Hi Glen,
The only problem is, generally a group will pick one side. Look at mine for
instance. I'll make up a number, say 100 threads with my case. Did I write
100? No. I wrote 50 one in response to another PDMLers email. These
others that some speak of 'Not caring' are the very same people

Bob,
The history is a confusing read, but you might mean Knut's son, Svein, whom
he installed as ruler in Norway in 1030. Canute the Great was Sveinsson
Knut. Svein was deposed in Norway by Magnus I Olaffson, after Knut's death
in Shaftsbury in 1035. Knut's empire dissapated after his death bec

king and failed to keep his promises. The people eventually turned on the
regency of King Knut.
You may like him. As you can see, I've noted his darker side.

Bob...

Feroze,
William invented that. I wasn't going to share, but (ho, hum) the challenge
is now made. I blamed Williams anger at me (over my Knut comment) on his
ignorance of true history. Ignorance is not a sign of low intelligence, and
I never, never claimed any intellectual superiority. William
Cotty,
Your concerns were covered in my reply to Bob Blakely.
Did you also chide William Robb on the list for his abuse.
Yes? No?
I hear what you say, just be fair and even, please.

Anthony,
I think you're basically an ok guy, but you've irritated a few other's (me

either. This Danish king was certainly no leader to be revered. For me, it's
