has collapsed. Also a car bomb outside State Department. Something

The first plane hit at about 8:40 am NY (and Toronto) time. The second plane hit at
about 9:05 or 9:10 - I saw it live, and couldn't believe it.
I saw both buildings collapse, and if I remember correctly, one went at about 10 or
10:30, and the second went about 1/2 hour later.
No one knows
Apparently standard procedure. It's to try to stop the terrorists from
getting out.

Seems that this attack was targetted at both military and economic symbols.
