to promote Pentax products. That’s efficient marketing. PPG is hugely
inefficient. It has to be staffed and maintained, and then for it to be
effective, it has to be promoted. Not a good way to spend a thin marketing
The PPG was a creature of Pentax marketing, itself a kind of unicorn, at
best an afterthought since sometime in the 70's. RIcoh has aparently
contracted the Asahi marketing disease which seems to amount to if you
build it they will come. Unfortunately if you don't advertise it who
will know...

This is a phenomenon that has become common.
In Firefox there should be a pop-down banner accompanying the message that
allows you to tell Firefox you accept the risk and to go ahead & load the page.
