Thanks for your comments Paul, Ann, Jack, Attila, and Ken!
Re: the Devil's Golf Course, darn, I was so proud of that one myself...
grin. I do have other shots from the place, but I felt that this one
conveyed the feeling of the place better. Time to go back and check those
other shots! Thanks
The first one is the truth :-) like the use of pano here,
Badwater shot is GORGEOUS!
The golf course is a bogey for me, because the mid and far sections
are out of focus but not enough out of focus... your discomfort shows
sorry, J, rare to say one of your shots doesn't work for me -
maybe you
Jostein,
I find the unevenness of the Salt Plain 'horizon' distracting, otherwise an
interesting capture.

Salt Plain is excellent, lots of detail, it's like I'm standing there.
Badwater has a nice composition, the reflection of the mountains holds
my interest.

Three images.
The pano is stitched from five or six exposures, and covers an angle
somewhere between 120 and 150 degrees horizontally.
The Devil's Golf
Another fascinating photo.

The Devil's Golf Course is perhaps the most uninviting environment I've ever
tried to photograph in.
