When opening the thumbnail galleries, they snap to the left. From
there opening a single photo, the photo loads centered. The

How about having the up arrow on the photo take you to the thumbnail gallery,
and then have the up arrow on the gallery take you back to the index page?
If I can find a little home icon, that might be the best thing to do, with
the up arrow going back to a gallery.

You're not using icons, only caret arrows so far. How about one up
arrow on the left going up one level and ^h on the right to bring
back to the site top page from no matter where you are? That keeps it
to a minimalism.

The non-pro version is a fraction of the cost, and probably has 95% of the

I like the minimalism. The site looked fine on my ipad v3 as well
as Safari and Firefox. I'm with Godfrey, galleries need thumbnails
and a link back to home. BTW, the pics are great. :)

you need to be careful about the associations implied by the physical
relationship between elements on your page.
