I've worked with a lot of Indian people over the years - it's always been a
pleasure, and Indian English is a constant source of joy!

thanks Chris. yes that's a phrase often used here (i assumed it is
used elsewhere too) and i suspect it can be traced to back to a film
camera called agfa click-3, which was often the only camera available
here in the 70s and early 80s.

Lovely shots Subash - or as my Indian colleagues on a work photo forum
say, "nice clicks". Great quality from your phone. Keep it up!

thanks Bruce. i use a fairly normal spec android phone running
marshmallow and one can't really change any of the important settings in
the default camera app. so i use another app called 'open camera':
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.sourceforge.opencamera=en
fairly decent
thank you Jack for the nice words.

Beautifully atmospheric, Subash. Enjoyed them a lot.
I can't set simple things like exposure comp on my smartphone, so the
comment about you having a good one is valid. :)

thanks Bob. this is a local line within the city and the stations are
named after the neighbourhoods it passes through. none of the 'big'
inter-city trains go through this

Those are beautiful, Subash. Am I correct that you are in India? Most
of the photos we see of Indian trains and stations have them teeming
with people, but the ones you pass through seem very tranquil.

hi Ann,
i realise it's ok to post photos taken with other gear and to mark them
"OT peso/geso" etc, which is why i put 'extremely OT' in the subject
line :) glad you liked the photos and hope we can see more photos of
your neighbourhood. i do follow most of the PESOs posted here.

Those are lovely, Subash... (you must have a good cell phone :-))
Lets remember that even though this is a lsit of people who use Pentax,
all of us have times when we want to share our work and we took thingswith
whatever gear we had with us. PESO doesn't mean "Pentaxevery so often"
