This is my first post, so probably I should introduce myself. I am a
Lithuanian Perl programmer, who is an active member of the Lithuanian
Perl community (Lithuania is not that big, so there are probably only a
few hundred Perl programmers). I have started to translate some of the

Why don't you guys start it? If there happens to be such a project
already, you can simple merge them. Otherwise, this will give you a
jump start on establishing a central location for such translations.
