meone on this mailing list uses them and is able to help but it's more likely Fedora lists can help. You could try differents RPMs from https://github.com/nxadm/rakudo-pkg#rakudo-pkg which are more closely associated with the Rakudo Project. You are more likely to get on this list with those. -

ou only have to install one tool rather than two. 32 bit Windows should compile Rakudo if you install Strawberry Perl and have both gcc and gmake in the path.
