Hello! Thank you all so much! I was able to download the latest 5.0 version and got it to work. The download from EDB install for PostgreSQL 13.2 has the pgAdmin 4.3 version in the package. It connected to all the Postgres servers after testing. Unfortunately, after running around like a chicken
