In /etc/httpd/conf.d/pgadmin4-30.conf
renaming the alias from:
WSGIScriptAlias /pgadmin4-30
/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/pgadmin4-30-web/pgAdmin4.wsgi
to
WSGIScriptAlias /pgadmin4
