Many great comments were made while I was away this weekend. As they say, one picture is worth a thousand words. Your motor is a sewing machine motor. I had assumed that the Ferrygraph used an induction motor. The sewing machine motor is common and can be found on eBay with some frequency.

Hi Al,Thanks for the reply. That made me think back to my original search, which lead me to believe that a Willcox Gibbs sewing machine motor was a near match, however the cost of buying an original Wilcox Gibbs sewing machine just to rob the motor seemed to be prohibitive... Thanks to your
