irc_connect in line 104 of IRCG-2.1/src/irc_connect.c

php_yaz.dll depends on yaz.dll. The yaz.dll should be part
of the distribution. Please copy yaz.dll to

that Zend doesn't link with YAZ or other extension libraries. Fix 2) above.
