That should be added to the .htaccess created by livedocs.
If you create the patch to .htaccess.in and submit it to bugs.php.net as
"Livedocs problem", it'll likely get patched in short order. That's how
I got the UTF-8 (for .php) in.

useful to maintain a simple archive of note deletion "reasons". Deleting
can seem arbitrary without this sort of functionality.

At my last job (SQLServer 2000, < 1 year ago), we used the mssql_*
functions (with FreeTDS) to process approx 10,000 financial transactions
(>$1M USD) per day.
This _MAY_ be partially true (ie, "ODBC is better") on windows, but the
mssql_* functions DO work.

I'm not 100% sure about this, so I stopped "fixing".
Is this correct? It fixed the livedocs display of the reference page,
but the function names are still not clickable..

The ternary operator is mentioned on both the operators page (as you
already noticed), and the comparison operators page
(http://php.net/operators.comparison), where it is explained in more detail.
I don't think that linking the actual operator tokens in the quicksearch
is useful (ie, php.net/?

There's been much off-list talk (IRC) about livedocs, recently.

Well, I think a lot of us would be very happy with some progress if
someone is working on it.
I think livedocs has become stale, again. We're again limited by karma,
and the developers are getting frustrated. There are a number of bugs
(with patches) that should be analyzed by the karmic, and co
