Thanks, Chris. Actually I've seen those pages. I guess I'm more interested
in knowing if anyone's tried to integrate a light-trapped hole in the top to
allow chemicals to be poured in and out without a darkroom.

great idea...Cooperstown is wonderful...did a series of pinhole images at the
Ommegang brewery and a little B B in MilfordRenee
Just a fleeting idea for fun...
Living next to Cooperstown, we're in the thick of the tourist trade during
the summer. Maybe I can get one of the BB's and convert it to the Pin Hole
Inn, complete with a darkroom for travelin' pinholin'! Pinhole portraits
of all the guests! Franchise,

Basically something that would work just like a developing tank with a
pinhole in the side?
I'm just curious because it sounds like it'd be pretty easy to
Hi Leezy,
Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day is Sunday, April 28, 2002. It looks
like it would fit right in.

Tom,
What is the date?
Perhaps I can coordinate it with my class that begins Jan. 23 and
ends in May.
Thanks,

Living in the WISCONSIN DELLS AREA, WISCONSIN I think this would be a great
idea for here also. Take a look at our photography museum that I am a guide
at:www.shsw.wisc.edu/sites/bennett
I am also a public speaker with my own slide show of this museum.

Chris,
I have compared pinhole paper negatives with and without a yellow filter in
front of the pinhole, and have found that the filter reduces contrast and
improves the tonal range of the negative, making contact printing much easier.
The positive prints still have an orthochromatic look

Ranamign the.dat's to .jpg's worked, but they were tiny thumbnails - needing
the proverbial tweezers and magnifying glass...or maybe a long f.l. pinhole
is more appropriate on this list. :O)

John,
There are a number of ways to accomplish this and it is really a
function of how much time and money you want to spend, aesthetic value
required, etc. At the inexpensive end, Delta makes 6 mil black opaque
plastic sheeting that comes in 4' X16' rolls. BH Photo

Dear All,
As Guy mentioned in his pre-Christmas update on WPPD 2002 activies,
I'm coordinating special events for Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day
2002. Because the swirl of activities that surrounds the holidays, I
waited until now to ask list members for their help, suggestions and
Hello all.
I'm going to make my (unfinished) basement
darkroom-ready and I'm wondering how folks might have
made windows in their darkrooms lightproof. (There
are 8 windows in mine). It seems as though it is
still much easier to deal with the windows than to
construct a room-within-a-room down
very nice! It's fun to see images where the artist clearly visualized in
advance what they wanted to accomplish, and did so.

Ha! Lith printing and pinholin' together. Absolutely beautiful!
Christian, have you been doing lith printing for long? I'd be happy to share
experiences.
