1. Because of its sheer size, Microsoft is the one of the largest
targets of patent infringement suits, if not the largest.
2. I've heard of z4 Technologies as a company that built itself on
dubious patents then suing alleged infringers. Still looking for my

i say, for every non-spam message that goes to your spam mailbox,
tag it as non-spam. it moves to the right place, and then if
gmail has an adaptive filter, it'll learn.
I've already gotten at least five, maybe as many as 15, PLUG messages
in my spam.
