The issue I have is that you really have to trust the service providers to
some extent. Additionally they don't provide details to the logic behind
the dynamic of the connection. How often do they switch endpoints, QoS at
each country endpoints connections speed etc.

companies that are selling VPN services so that you can anonymize your
connection.
