I had the pleasure with this laptop in distant past. I hope that I remember things correctly. 1. The boot menu is accessible through a key not advertised on the screen at boot time. Not sure how I found it, probably tried Fx, Del, Enter, Esc key. 2. It wouldn't boot from media not signed by MS.

Hello to all of you. Thanks for the answers Russell there is no error message. The BIOS menu offers no option for booting into anything except Windows Boot Manager. Based on google searches, it's a common problem that is fixed by disabling secure boot and enabling CSM, but it did not help me.
