Go to this URL and click on the name of the printer that isn't printing
and look to see if there is an error showing. I've found that CUPS is
VERY good at telling you about what is wrong.

I clicked print and I realized I wasn't done with my document. So I pressed
cancel on the printer and nothing printed. I then completed the document,
pressed print, and nothing happened. So I clicked the printer icon and
there were suddenly a bunch of items in queue. So I cleared them all out,
Have you tried turning it off and on again.
It's a classic, but I think it will work in your case and in this
case, I mean turn off the printer and then reboot the computer. Check
to see if there is still a print job and if so, kill it. Then turn the
printer back on and hopefully all
well, one of the first things I did was to reboot the computer but I
didn't turn off the printer. turning the printer off did the trick! thanks.

Looks kinda like your cups.conf is hozed up:

Maybe move it to
Make sure cups daemon is installed/running and browse to
http://localhost:631. Fiddle with settings in there, I've had to almost
reset it inside cups a few times already, where even a reboot didn't
work for my brother mfc. I blame it on sketchy vendor drivers as I have
to use a proprietary
I'll check it out but is it working and then like 30 seconds later it
won't print sound normal in this situation??

How strange; I downloaded the document and it would print. But the other
document I printed off the web and I never had this problem before.
here is the error log:
