My printer seems to get clogged up and the self cleaning doesn't seem to help. In frustration I soaked just the slot the ink comes out of in water to break up anything and that fixed it for like two days but now it is not printing cleanly again. Any suggestions? -- :-)~MIKE

The amount of print jobs the queue has has nothing to do with the queue being paused.  It's a state that the print queue is in.  You need to look around the properties of the printer itself and find something that will tell the print queue to resume or unpause the queue. try: sudo cupsenable
