Does anyone know about any GPS (Global Positioning System) related tools and utilities on Linux? I am looking for things like computing distances given latitude, longitude of two points, checking collinearity and things like that. I am googling. There is ample literature on this. But didn't find

same is the case with the fedoras at least codecs are needed to be installed. mandrake is nice but then some nice packages are missing ( lex , yacc to name a few ) This is always going to happen. Everyone wants a slightly different mix of packages. satisfying all is not really viable.
