Ok, can confirm the issue. The sox binary I'm including in SlimNAS doesn't
support any audio file format needed in this process. I was wondering... its
file size is only 44kB while the one for Linux is 3MB :-/. I'll try to compile

the logging info defaulted back to the defaults so no information is

I had MusicIP running successfully under Windows Vista and under
Windows 7. Some of that stuff I did there was even referenced on the
spicefly website. In this home server box.. I am just struggling. In the
end, it is just Windows Server 2003

engagement. Pending QNAP's fix, is there any downside in using the new

Yes - it's listed as an installed plugin that's turned on. Just that
iTunes isn't being updated.
Not sure if it makes a difference but I have all my music on an
external disc with iTunes library files in their original location.

disucssing it on the QNAPs forums. If they can't fix quickly it would
be possible to include the fix into the main iPlayer plugin with some
code to use it when installed on a problem system. So really looking

Installed the spicefly index.html, and created a test mix from my
connected PC. That works fine. Running the same test mix on the home
server (usin IE on the home server) works fine as well.
Running the mix from SqueezeCenter: empty mix.
The stats:
Total songs 21,033
Mixable songs 21,026
That seems to have messed things up - I'm using v20091110.223903 and now
the plug-in settings page comes up completely blank. Maybe I deleted
something with a manual install.
