For instance, if a friend sends me a link to an album or a playlist, I

I don't exactly understand what you mean with no dots... I did copy the
link from the beginning and it looks the same like yours is displayed.
Where are the dots that shouldn't be there?

displays and puts dots in the url - if you copy the link it should be

I put Birmingham, UK in the touch and in the web (server) interface I
entered Birmingham

But you can see it on the extras menu ? (you eventually have to turn on

Is there a workaround that will allow me to listen to my sirius account
at a lower quality/bit rate/bandwidth? I understand that a premium
subscription is required for the higher bandwith it requires, but if i
could listen at a lower rate id be fine!

As soon as I saw it I had to install it (0.7 skipped 'though I prepared
the .xml for that).
I love it!!!
Especially the Reload Configuration is wonderful für stepwise
overworking of long xmls! It saved me so much time!

Phil, the MIP server is still running ok for me, but is definitely a
lot slower than it used to be. Ran about 30 tracks through it last
night and all validated/fingerprinted ok.
