I've just looked at what seems to be available for HLS and DASH for
Radio 3, using the BBC's AOD availability link and then the
mediaselector links given:
The DASH stream has two "Adaption Sets" - one giving a min/max of
128/320 kbp

flash client indicates that the stream is 320 kbps, HDS from the
limelight server. That usually (but not always) tallies with the
bandwidth I measure with a utility

I've been away for work , so I couldn't get the new builds up earlier.
Unfortunately the DSM6 based packages aren't compatible with DSM5. This
means new builds are only available for DSM5 and based on the 062 build
from Synology.
