Some tracks play with consistent pops play that is to say, the song
plays normally and then every time I play it, there will be a loud "pop"
at exactly the same place. This is playing to a Marantz NR1200. Checking
the logs looks normal, although it is suspiciously trying to connect to

That's a shame. I'm keen to stream locally (not via cloud) to my Echo
devices, and I misunderstood the direction in which Media Server worked.
FYI, I've had success for music with My Media

Ive tried doing such a bridge and I could not make it work in a
satisfactory way.
LMS 7.7, 7.8 and 7.9 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2. Sonos
PLAY:3, PLAY:5,
Correct. The skill just directs LMS using JSON api commands. An Echo
cannot be used as a player.

AFAIK it is simply firing commands at your LMS.
In broad terms, if you can achieve it from LMS web interface then there
is a good chance that this skill can do it.
It is not controlling the Alexa device as a media player.

Hi. Can MediaServer handle Alexa device configuration for stereo and the
subwoofer? The availability of this feature amongst the streaming
providers is a bit patchy - works with Spotify, doesn't work with BBC.

Go to Spotty > Search and long hold an item in the list. This brings up
a pop-up menu for clearing the result or all results. The text, which
is the search result text, is too far left in the pop-up window, and is
clipped.

Just as an aside, for those bored of Chrome security errors and if you
do/can run an Apache proxy using Lets Encrypt on the same system, then
this config seems to work for me (for only the web interface, not the

Yeah, the add-all / play-all for track is broken here. I'll work-around

Isn't this the same issue we're discussing in the other thread? Can you
check what command is being sent to the server when you press "Play All"?

Nope..nothing has changed.
Just gave it another try:
I restarted the router => set the Riva back to default => disabled
Airplay bridge in LMS => setup the Riva in Goggle Home => enabled
Airplay bridge in LMS .but still it won't be shown in the list.
Generating a new config file is also not

As stated, this might take a few iterations to get correct - which is
why this sort of issue is better handled on github. Anyhow, please do
the following:
- Open Material in Chrome using
