I'm trying to get ShairTunes to run on a ReadyNAS Ultra (fw 4.2.30) with
LMS 7.9.0 - 1483603909, but get the "Failed to load" error.
I'm a little out of my depth here, but is it sufficient to install the
plugin from Settings > Plugins, or is something else required?
The ShairTunes2W directory
AAC streams (including the one you linked to) play OK, so I'm guessing
this is a SS-specific issue. All seems to be working well with

Hm, so it seems that disabling transcoding broke SoftSqueeze *or at
least re-enabling got everything working again. The odd thing is that I
only disabled it this evening to see if that was the cause of the Can't

I know I'm going to kick myself about this, but iPlayer should appear on
the Plugins tab under Settings, right..? I disabled it on my set-up to
test something, but the plugin has vanished after restarting the server

Is this a glitch in the iPlayer plugin, or an unfortunate side-effect
of how the iPlayer service works?

Flash MP3 is now the default playback format for local radio in

Hm, switched from the (garble-prone) pre6 MPlayer to this patched one
and nothing happens -- the SliMP3 box give's a split-second
'connecting'... message, then does nothing. I had similar problems with
pre7, as I recall and only pre6 player would work for me. Oh well.
