I had some problems getting Custom Clock running on the Radios. Not sure
when this started (could be unrelated), but it seems after I upgraded to
latest firmware version. See
I had two Radios and have one Duet displaying a Custom Clock screensaver
with SDT weather data.
Somewhere in the past weeks the custom screensavers are not displayed
anymore on the Radios and I don't see the Custom Clock Settings menu
entry anymore under the Screensavers menu tree.

Today all the weather data and sun/moon images are missing
You would need access to the command line interface of the Synology:
there you can do things that are not possible in the GUI.
I enabled the SSH service on the Diskstation and connect to that with an
SSH client like Putty or WinSCP.
Oops I read it a long time ago :(
Tnx, Bart

It seems the community FW is not playing .wma files?
With my Radios on 8.0.1-r16844, I get following message in the server
log:

Thanks for fixing this, great stuff!

I experimented some more. I have three players. When they are not
synced, I can enable and disable DSTM through long-press and through the
I'm not sure where the problem lies: could also be Spotify or LMS? (Or
me misunderstanding how it should work... :o)

I noticed that too. I left one unticked, but all

Wow, that was quick! Yes, it's fixed now. Also for the Android apps
(Squeezer, Squeeze Controller) I tried.

Thanks Michael, I was just about to start a thread, but I see you're
already aware.
This is no big problem: I can still play/add songs individually. Or use
the Squeeze Controller app as a workaround.
BartS's Profile:
Squeezer has the same issue: the list will not play.
I also tried Squeeze Controller for Android. Playing/adding doesn't work
either from 'Listen to etc.'.
(Squeeze Controller does one thing a bit unexpected: when playing one
song from any browse list, it also puts the remainder of the list

With the Default skin it works fine: I can add and play from the 'List
to songs (without comments)' directly, or from the 'All songs' buttons
in the browse area.
With Material skin, I can't add and play from the 'List to songs

I guess I got so accustomed to the old Logitech skin, that I didn't
really notice it anymore ;)
Material Skin fastforwards the look of LMS to modern times: very nice,
thanks!
I'm a bit puzzled by a few things in the manual:

Many thanks for all the work and keeping Spotify working! Got the email
from Spotify this morning and was afraid this was more or less the end
for my Squeezebox Radios...

First of all, many thanks for the new Protocol Handler!
Unfortunately I have a lot of trouble to get two SB radios to sync and
play at the same time from Spotify (Premium).
With only one SB Radio active, Spotify is playing fine.
As soon as I try to sync, playing stops after a few seconds and
