Yes, disabling the direct OGG streaming seems to have done the trick :)
Thank you Michael!!!

Sorry, I misunderstood you
This is what showed up at the command line:
"C:\Program Files\Squeezebox\server\Bin>spotty-custom.exe -x -n 29A
Boom
ok spotty v0.35.0

No, I am
I have two questions, one more general and one more specific, possibly
including some troubleshooting. I start with the general one:
I am one of those running LMS and Spotty on a 32bit Windows computer. I
learned that from now on I need to use an older version of the helper
file saved as

You are absolutely right. I referred to a behaviour that apparently was
associated with v4.5. After updating to Spotty 4.6 it stays on the same
volume as
When I use Spotify Connect through Spotty on my Boom it always starts at
volume 50, which is quite loud (in my kitchen). Is there a way to
configure this default volume?
I guess that this might be something that is set outside the Spotty
plugin, but in that case it would be really nice to learn

I was actually referring to the desktop app by Spotify, but shouldn't
have referred to my Windows 8 computer as the "LMS server". Sorry for
that.
In any case, Spotify is not installed on that computer so this can't be
what determines the sorting order. Maybe it is best to install Spotify
and

The Spotify app
Is there any possibility to change the sorting order of the Spotify
playlists when using Spotty?
It seems as if they are sorted by date of creation, which is a bit
inconvenient when the number of Spotify playlists increases. A
possibilty to sort them alphabetically instead would be really nice
Just wanted to add that I am experiencing exactly the same problem with
album art for the Triode Spotify plugin, using the offical Android
Squeezebox controller app.
It does, however, work for the Squeeze commander app, so it should be
possible to solve for an Android app.

the controller or a smart function that automatically switches
into another predefined Spotify account (that has been set on the SB
server).
If not possible today, is there some development going on related to
this logistical Spotify problem?
And by the way; I love the plugin!
