network. To disable Spotty solved this ;)
To explain better: when spotty is running as a plugin, some of my other
devices are disconnecting and reconnectin in a minutely frequency. I
have at least 30 devices (Homeautomation) in

only I can play my music from the SD card and the radio if I connect the

Hi there. Updating to spotty worked like a charm (except got the same
nagging popup as mberger i just ignored it, put in my credentials
in the settings and now the popup doesn´t seem to appear again).

My question, though small, is there a timezone or clock setting that
Spotty uses to identify users timezone and propose playlists.
Spotty would use your server's time. Check the time on your NAS if you
get incorrect data.

Quick note on this part: if you're on 64-bit Windows, you might think
you need to install the 64-bit version of the VC 2015 runtime. If
you're still getting the missing vcruntime140.dll error, go back and
download the 32-bit (x86) version of the installer from Microsoft.

I was able "hack ish" my RPi3 running xbian OS with Kodi in parallel
with LMS. I must say I have no Linux experience so
I seem to have installed Spotty, and get some music out - but while LMS
is running I keep getting a series of bursts of 4 CMD.EXE windows boxes
opening up continuously, as if it is trying to install something it
can't find.
Any ideas?

to restart LMS, don't do it right away. Wait another minute or two, as the

I just installed 1.2.1 on my LMS server (a Wandboard Quad running
Debian); no issues at all. I switched from .wav to .flac transcoding,
since the IMX6 is easily powerful enough, but there was nothing else to

Thanks very much. I have installed LMS on my Qnap in a VM (CentOS) en
just made the modification. Worked within 5 mins, perfect!

Yes I did, LMS 7.9.1 won't solve your problem. You have to upgrade to
VB2.4. It turned out to be pretty easy with the new image approach,
other than the 24 hours it took to restore my music from my USB backup
drive.
