Thanks to your advice, the problem has 99% gone away.
I don't get rebuffering when listening live now I've switched to WMA as
you suggested. On Listen again, I've only had one instance of file not
found in the past week.

different formats for a Listen Again program are not ready at the
same time.

see if it still works. If I get problems, I'll deselect Transcoding to
