Thanks! This is indeed av very useful plugin. One feature request, though: would it be possible to add the possibility of turning it on/off? I'm not sure I want it turned on all the time, but I can't find any way of turning it off short of disabling the plugin and restarting the server. --

Thanks Triode, downloaded your new version, but this doesn't work for me. I get as far as the individual shows on, say, Radio 2, but just a read-out of the show name but no audio when I choose one. Am I supposed to do something with the permissions, maybe? I'm a bit lost now. -- whitman

To see the version number and the other information about mplayer, you need to run the program from the Terminal. First, double click on the mplayer_intel_osx.zip file to expand it. This gives you a file, simply called mplayer, in the same directory as the .zip file. Assuming you're using

Still having trouble. I can't get any playlists to show under dynamic Playlists. Have selected several trackstat and SQL playlists via the dynamic Playlist settings screen, but they will not appear in the dynamic playlist menu. Any ideas? Thanks -- parrydave44

With the old plugin, I was able to hack it to allow me to use the plugin for 2 different SqueezeBoxes with 2 different XM stations. Does the new plugin allow this? I don't know what a .par format is, so I can't look into the plugin. (I'm installing today and hope that it lets me do what I want!)

Just tried rebooting the server twice and SC came back up fine within a couple of minutes. Looks OK now. Perhaps it takes longer to come up the first time and if you get impatient and reload/restart it just prolongs the wait. Cheers Reg -- RegH
