Hi Pippin, The favourites functionality didn't work as well when I started the plugin as it does now. Your suggestion seems like a good idea, but I don't really spend much time on the plugin these days. Shouldn't that official plugin be along 'soon' by now? ;-) James

That was not a stock error message. Please note there *are* incompatibilities so don't expect everything in AlienBBC to work perfectly in 7.1. Known incompatibilities: - ffw/rew is broken - warning message about preference settings. Some more issues may turn up as 7.1. is developed. -- bpa

It's a fairly old version of mplayer. Typing mplayer into Terminal returns the version MPlayer dev-SVN-r21482-4.0.1 (C) 2000-2006 MPlayer Team But it was certainly working until a few days ago. If it continues not to work I can move to a newer mplayer in case the BBC has changed something. I
