I re-ran the restore operation with exactly the same result. The same
ratings are missing as before.

Slight puzzlement.
i have upnp2sq installed on one server (say A)
I have a second server (say B)
I can move a squeezebox device from A to B via the web gui on B - if it
is a 'real' device. I can also move a squeezelite player from B to A.

On the server gui - top right dropdown listing players. If you have a
second server it shows here with attached players. Select one of

The problem with this is that it's all stuff I can't do in iPeng. The
scanner doesn't run in iPeng, iPeng doesn't have access to your files,
SQL queries don't run in iPeng and so on.
iPeng could provide a better settings UI but the functionality still
would have to be on the server side.

Just setup Triode with my Duet; works great. Big thanks to the the

I searched this thread a little bit, but can't find any mention on the
Radio function.
I am just seeing a very limited list of genre radio stations, and not
the channels I saved (Playlisst work great).

Doing a new scan with all other options on off. Just debugging
smartmix.
I will drop it in your box tomorrow.

The problems with the grouped players (sync) persists. I can cast from
for example TuneIn Radio to the synced players and it plays fine but
switching to casting from LMS, when I hit Play (in Orange Squeeze)
nothing happens. Casting to individual players works fine. And switching
back to TuneIn

The high cpu usage
I start a random mix, go the the SmartMix menu and choose 'Create mix on
current title'. This creates a mix with 3 songs.
Don't stop the music! is on; SmartMix should add new songs when the
queue is almost finished, but that does not work.
I already tried a rescan of my lib and remove +
No, how could I? I'd suggest asking in the LMS 7.9 beta thread , after
all, a lot of new functionality around custom browsing schemes has
recently moved into 7.9

Oh, whether it gets implemented directly in

Does the CCA device need to be connected to the same SSID as the server

have extended my wifi signal via solwise homeplugs and an old router

I tried it last year. Did no good

Hi Pippin,
The more I use the new album-browsing possibilities (by artists, by
year) the more I like them. Do you think it might be possible to have a
functionality as a part of iPeng that allows to choose the tags you want
scanned, the tag by which to browse and the tag by which to order the

Try to zip it it would shrink a lot and the forum allows larger zip than
txt files .
Main hifi: Touch + CIA PS
The scanner.log file after a full wipe & rescan is 600MB!!!
This is huge for a txt file.
Did you enable debug logging for scan.* options? Don't do this (now),
I'm only interested in the output of plugin.smartmix.
ZIP the file, and it'll be something like 50MB. Then drop it to my inbox:

Not sure how relevant it is or how easy it would be to work with the
developer but I guess Kodi Media player can use this app(projectM Music
Visualizer) as a plugin for visualizations on

Weird. I too have only two CCA that I group. I have both of them
connected to two Sony bluetooth-speakers

It just gets weirder. Now, trying again, it started playing through both
CCA:s and I then paused just to play another song and when hitting Play
maybe ten seconds later only one of the players in the group plays that
song. And this time all the players were present in Orange Squeeze.

A persistent BBC problem before christmas was "long response time"
packets. From my monitomring of R4 - averaging about once an hour but
worse around
