(/opt/squeezelite/squeezelite), make sure you give the right permissions
to make it executable. You may also test the binary from the commandline
(SSH) - but then it may be neccessary to make sure the PID-File gets

I was able to get ShairTunes to work yesterday (LMS 7.8, OpenSuse 12.3
x64) thanks to StuartUSA's repo and numerous suggestions on how to
troubleshoot.
One thing that seems missing is the display of song metadata on the
players. I've seen it done with my Yamaha receiver and apparently it

Early versions of this plugin populated this folder with %artist%.jpg
files, allowing the manual replacement of artist photos or addition of
photos if the plugin couldn't find one on the web.
Yesterday I saved and then deleted the folder with the intention of
getting an updated series of photos
I have a similar scenario in that the plugin installs,, but under Local
Player settings I get: Start Player With Server is ticked, but in
brackets it shows Not Running (squeezelite-x86-64)
