alternatives need to be accessible via LMS and Squeeze. Is MusicIP
possibly the only aternative? Before finding SmartMix I had spent a lot

LMS 7.9 on VortexBox Midi box, Xubuntu 14.04, FLACs 16->24 bit,
44.1->192kbps.
LMS plugin UPnP/DLNA Bridge to MF M1 CLiC (to 405/2 amp & ESLs) &
Got Touch running but AFAICT DASH URLs on BBCiPlayer "LIsten Again"
menus are OK now.

128k is the best on offer for HLS on-demand. Higher quality HLS
on-demand streams disappeared over a year
