I think this is due to the fact that LMS does not have time to download
the plugin before you restart it (it is s known issue). You should clean
the DonloadedPlugins directory, then when you apply the install, wait
for a few minutes or look in DownloadedPlugins directory till the size
of files
I set up a new system with ClearOS 7.2 which has kernel
3.10.0-327.10.1.v7.x86_64.
I click on the enable box for the plugin and hit apply and then it shows
up under the heading "Updated Plugins Available" with the enable
checkbox unchecked.
If I check it again and then apply then it disappears

sigh - I thought you knew this when I specifically said about LMS bin
directory not being on the path.
Can you do more testing before posting - and then post to the relevant
thread if the problem if iPlayer related or "bridge" related since I
only started

This is ambiguous you get no error or you get "no command error" message
?
If it is the second please do the following from a shell prompt.
1. cd to the LMS bin directory which contains the faad

Disabled AAC native. Using Touch - faad/flac starts/stops as expected.
Looks like it's a bridge issue.
Touch - Muse M50 EX TPA3123 T-Amp Mini - Acoustics Q10 speakers
Logitech Radio
Logitech UE Radio
O2 Joggler + SqpOS + Aune X2 T-amp + Mordaunt Short ms-3.40 speakers
UPnPBridge - 2 paired

If it is a IP3K based player which do not have native AAC support -
then no need to change anyhting. For touch and Radio you'll need to

Thanks Martin. The new package installed correctly on my NAS.

A question about the iPlayer/File Type aac transcode via faad/flac.
I came across this in my attempts to get eg. working.
I notice that when the stream runs both faad and flac are running - when
the stream stops, they continue running.
Is this expected behaviour?
I recall a similar effect

log is still flooded with error messages like this (shortened
considerably by me):
Code:
0050: [16-04-23 16:41:19.2919] Slim::Utils::Misc::msg (1233) Warning:

Thanks, I will.
2 Duets controllers, 1 X Boom, 1 X Radio
1 X
It's already amazing to use any device as squeezebox but quickly I
thought of a test : "And if I combine LMS-to-UPnP and shairtunes2 ?"
Believe it or not it works ! LMS-to-UPnP transforms each DLNA device
into a squeezebox player and shairtunes2 transforms each squeezebox
player into airplay
