Ok, I'll verify that. Deleting a plugin is as simple as removing the
file from the file system or can we do this from the LMS UI?

You're right, you can't. You have to use GGMM in AirPlay mode

I have reset my router, and that has done the trick and everything is
now working. Perhaps there was some network ip problem?

The stream is reported as 1411 kbps CBR, Ogg Vorbis (Spotify) (Converted
to PCM)
The normal spotty stream is:
705kbps CBR, Ogg Vorbis (Spotify) (Converted to FLAC)
Also, spotty playlists usually stop or enter a weird repeating time

There's an issue with seeking in tracks which requires something from a
recent 791 nightly. Not sure exactly what the issue is, but basically
Spotty should work fine in LMS7.7+.
Glad to say Spotty is working fine on an Unraid server.

I'm glad that OrangeSqueeze is still developed. On my opinion it's so
much better than Squeeze Ctrl. Only with OrangeSqueeze I can see the
full Title and Artist on my small Display. And it's much faster and
prettier than sq ctrl!

as you mentioned it's for the technically challenged they might also be
a bit nervous abouy something is going wrong, so I would point out that
some of these actions can take a while, the PI can appear unresponsive
and the LMS web UI can take a while to load after the max2play UI says
