It looks like Amazon has finally made the PlaybackController interface
available for it-IT. This means that LMS-lite can be made available in
*Italian *if the description text for the Amazon skill-store/app is
translated. It's quite a short description: see

Thanks, I'll leave it as is then - seeing as
Code:
cmd > filename
will redirect only the standard output to the file "filename" but not
the errors.
To collect both you have to use
Code:
cmd > filename 2>&1
But I suggest to use
Code:

The original Squeezeplay based device (Touch, Radio, Controller) did
have network configuration in the menu. But the stripped down Jivelite
probably doesn't, as it needs reaching out to the OS. And Jivelite is
held platform agnostic. Therefore somebody would have to implement this
for pCP

It appears to succeed but I still SSL version 'IO::Socket::SSL: 2.002'
Does anyone know how to get a more recent version of SSL on a ReadyNAS
314?
Most likely the underlying system is so old it doesn't provide up to
date libraries any more.
You could potentially try to build the library

I am having exactly the same problem since the last LMS update.
I see no Apps in the default LMS skin, but I do see them in Material
Skin and via iPeng.
I have double checked by MySqueezeBox.com login, restarted LMS and my
server multiple times.
Michael is saying that this is due to an outdated

Thank you two! This possiblility I already knew! It should be a surprise

But may I ask you a different question? What exactly is a Joggler, and
where can I get the infos on the special

If you're referring to the lack of an HTML page response, that is to be
expected. The server is running on port 11000, but its job is to not
respond with an HTML page but with a list of tracks to feed
Just a quick question: is this to be expected, or is something

Hi Philippe,
I am using the AirPlay Bridge plugin for my Audio Pro Addon C10 device.
This used to work fine until a few weeks ago, when suddenly I started to
experience severe audio-dropouts. Resetting the device to factory
settings made things even worse: I now hear only a very short fragment
Unfortunately no. If it was reproducible, or easily so, I would have
either tried to fix or raise an issue on github.
Thanks for the info!

I've just enabled an additional source for cover art - as part of the
plugin's coversearch feature.
When the plugin is not given cover art by the broadcaster then it goes
off to try and find it elsewhere.
You probably will not notice anything different but overall the number
of tracks that play
Couple of things ...
On a Joggler running its modified version of Jivelite you can configure
the WiFi details for the host system.
Clearly that is specific to the way that the Joggler stuff is set-up but
it could probably be ported over to pCP.
However, if you know what the WiFi details will

Hi, using Squeezelite-X is a real pleasure, I use it on all my PC for a
long time and I like it.
I've got 'an old kind of tablet x86'
that I want to convert into a kind of Squeezebox Touch.
So I started to use Squeezelite-X

It's not possible using the Jivelite interface.
