-filetypes there is no option to select InguzDSP as
the filetype anywhere. All the menus appear correctly on the player and
in the web interface.
Any ideas anyone? This seems more like a vista/inguz thing, than a
squeezebox 7.4 thing.

you can try downloading from the inguz website. I know in the version
history it says that it has expired, but certainly the processor has not

iPlayer a few days ago, and mainly it works, but it
did work with iPlayer initially. It also does work with other radio

It does seem that SS just crashes quite often on iPlayer. SS goes
completely dead and unresponsive, and I have to exit it and start
again.
Not sure what to do now ... happy to do any other tests you may need ..

to happen is that it syncs initially, but
when it moves on to the second track in the playlist a gap appears that
stays.

Good idea, Ill just put SS on the laptop.

Doesn't seem to. SS is installed on my desktop which has SBS installed
on it (but not running), and SS sets itself to the desktop SBS. To force
it over to the laptop SBS I have to keep entering its IP address. Is
there a config file or something I can edit?

I used the DOS comand attrib *.xml /s x and then searched within the
file x. This picks up hidden and system files, but I still can't see
anythig relevant. Not to worry - not the most important thing at the end
of the day, although does seem a little odd!

Hi - I find if SqueezeLite is powered on then my PC won't sleep, even
if no music is being streamed. If I turn it off with the power switch
toggle (and leave the SB3s on) then the PC sleeps. Any idea why this may
be?

Oops -the WMA stream just stopped, but it does seem a lot better.
Frankly this has been happening for months (as long as I have used

Yes - that URL causes the same problem. I used to use iPlayer AAC, but I
found every so often (probably every couple of hours or so) it would
just stop for no reason, hence I now use their WMA link. The WMA works
fine when played through the SB3, but not through SqueeePlay

Hm - I don't think that is it since I have the same problem when playing
FLAC files... As soon as I sync them, the SqueezsePlay looks to be
playing it, but no sounds comes out.

for anyone that is interested I have worked out the answer. You have to
set the sample frequency of the US122L to 96KHz. The frequency response
is now as flat as a pancake...

I notice not infrequently - once a day or so - when listening to BBC
iPLayer that the volume will suddenly jump up (I'd guess something like
6dB) for no apparent reason. I have the volume control on the SB3
disabled. Has anyone else noticed this? Any idea why?

Thank you! Have half worked out the problem. The SB3 will play the AAC
file, I just couldn't see the tracks because Media Server was ignoring
the tags that I had set up using mp3tag. Not sure why it ignores the
tags, but at least the tracks are there
