I'm sorry, I don't understand. Why would adding something like an
iPlayer plugin make the user experience more complex? One tap to install
then browse via the library.

No, I'm just a user. I don't have any interest in it beyond hoping that
it can survive and thrive. With the root of my enthusiasm as much if not
more for others than myself. I like it because it's so simple that even

Who knows? Though with more people contributing to and using the system
I imagine it could have a greater chance of long-term success.

I know that people might have issues with the subscription model or find
that at present Volumio doesnt quite compare to the far more mature
LMS, but I think its worth considering that the people behind Volumio
are trying to create something with long-term sustainability. Something

Some points:
1. You can choose between the older Classic and the newer Contemporary
interface. I don't think the developers have any plans to ditch the
Classic option.
2. 'Airplay'

3. 'Chromecast'
A while back we at home were in the market for a new NAS. Initially we
were taken with a model that offered a PLEX plugin. We weren't
especially enthused by the NAS itself, but thought itd be great to
have the PLEX system throughout the house as a server for all our films
and shows. But then we
I hope youll forgive me if this question is a little provocative
or enraging, but why do so many developers continue to concentrate their
app development on LMS rather than Volumio? This is a genuine question.
I genuinely dont understand why Volumio isnt attracting
developers to the same extent
I've just started using LMS with the BBC iPlayer Extras plugin. It's
wonderful to have such easy access to BBC radio content. And with
astonishing speed and reliability.
The only small bother is the plugin's location in the radio menu. If
possible I would very much prefer to relocate the plugin
The bookmarks started working after I updated LMS to v7.9.2 -

Sorry for all the bother.

As an experiment I've just tried playing one of the files with Volumio
on a Pi2. While Volumio doesn't have a bookmark plugin, it does report
the correct track length: a total of 1365:17 min/sec. I don't know what
if anything that proves, but it could point to the problem being with

The file is MP3. I use mp3wrap to bind
Hello,
I've been happily using your wonderful bookmark plugin for the last
month or so. Everything working just fine. That was until I added an
audiobook with a single large file. The file is 1.3gb and +32 hours
long. I've tried tweaking every option in the plugin's setting but still
