Can you tell me how to remove plugins installed on squeezecenter (it is
installed on qnap ts 109-II) manually? i could delete folders in the
plugin folder and in the cache folder (as well as the folder prefs), is
it the right way?

Strange, If I play say a R7 listen again direct from IPlayer listings I
do get a fast forward bar that most of the times works, however if I add
the programme to my playlist I get the error that the length of the file
is unknown.

Since upgrading to 7.4 Plugins will not automatically install from the
Server settings interface. I am guessing this is to do with permissions
on the Plugins folder.
I have attempted manually installing by telneting into my NAS and using
the linux cp command to copy the BBCiPlayer folder
I have Squeezebox Server 7.4.0 and iPlayer 0.9e. The problem I have is
that if I select a station from the web interface it is fine but if I
use the remote control (or the iPeng app) it doesn't, the now playing
shows the station info but no image and no sound. For some reason the

it is I was listening to last. In other words, I can't go to sleep
listening to my music library and be woken by the radio.

If automated install doesn't work, I think you'll have other problems if
you try running plugins from a manual install.
I suggest you fix the automated install problem.

The Zlib message means that 7.4 install is faulty as you do not have the
right version of modules installed - your version is very old.
I think you need to check the installation of 7.4 as I think there are
probably other modules which are not up to date.

Since you are in the UK - can you disable AAC format in BBCiPlayer
Settings and then try playing Live Listen Again streams. This will
test if the problem is in the AAC transcoding.

As a further test - can you play this stream (it is AACplus) using
Tune-in on the Web UI.

If it doesn't play then there is something wrong with AAC transcoding -
possibly faad or the conf file.

I fixed it as well - today (haven't been reading the thread lately)
My problem was slightly different:
I changed the SqueezeCenter address in preferences from host-name of
the server to the 'ip-address' of the server... Problem solved :-)

Still not working. I have some log snipits from two attempts if anyone
can translate. I turned log level to debug for the MusicIP plugin.
Two things I just noticed: Squeezeserver tells me my scan is finished,
but the scanner log is continuing to grow (because it is still scanning
apparently).
What does the '?' in the upper right corner mean?

I go into Music Services, I get an INVALID MYSQUEEZEBOX (what does this
mean? I can connect to SqueezeNetwork fine...). Is this causing the '?'

I re-entered the SqueezeNetwork login and password and that has seemed
to fix the problem. Strange that I could connect to SqueezeNetwork to
play Internet Radio, but the login in SqueezeCenter was apparently
wrong...

I posted a reply to atslim's message with the text files updating NFL
and CFB parsing, but it isn't showing up. After I submitted the reply a
quick screen came up that went away before I could read it. Is it
normal for posts to be delayed when files are attached?

Until the XM plugin is updated I figured some others here might be able
to get their XM fix this way also...
- Download and install uXM plugin (unofficial and discontinued but
still around if you search)..if you cannot find it, PM me and I can
