Thanks, now just got to figure a way to stop the plugin hibernating the
server after players have been idle for an hour even though my wife is
logged on the server PC and in the middle of ordering the weekly
groceries...oops!

One more thing...with a various artist CD the artist is displayed on
Moose as just one of the contributors to the album adn when I double
click to play the album it plays just that track. Is this a tagging
issue as in sbs same album plays fully no problems.

artist = various artist. Taken screen shot to try and
explain, but struggling to attach at the mo. I am hovering over the
album which just shows stereo mcs as the artist and therefore only plays
that track.

I actually removed the field 'album artist' rather just not setting one
using extended tags on mp3tag and it now works a treat...happy days!!

switching to SqueezeNetwork? box been unchecked and the mac address of
boom 1 sat in the box below. If I use the web ui no players connect to
mysb.com, if I hibernate from boom 2 or sb3 then they are the ones to
connect to mysb.com
Does this make sense?

Anyone got this working reliably when SS is on a different machine to
where muso is installed. Muso seems to connect to SS but can't install
any music files, is it best to import via folders or the mysql?

, shared music folder and tried different combinations and you're
spot on, sharing the folder and tweaking the paths has worked. Funny
that I didn't need to share the folder to get moose to work but I think
moose takes all it's info straight from sbs?

Done a clean install of sbs 7.4.2 on my server and muso although
connecting fine still reports all 12000 or so scanning errors. Moose
also wont work other than play and pause...please help!

that was maybe causing the
problem, will have another look. Incidentally I have just pointed sbs
to scan another directory of music files I have on the main server
drive, scanned fine, muso then also scanned but again 4000 or so
scanning errors with no songs added!

the same response from MUSO, goodness knows what it can be, think I

Many thanks, messing about with paths has solved this, can't believe it,
scanned again and there they were, all tracks added, computers were
getting a bit sludgy so restoring was an overdue job I guess...thanks

SQLITE but it is running fine with MYSQL.

Still no joy, uninstalled, deleted prefs, reinstalled and set up but
instead of track of tracks just see x_y on player...until I open the
MIS settings page on SBS when suddenly the right numbers
appear...weird.

My Spotify has just stopped working, streaming ok through PC interface
but not through squeezeboxes on this app or official one via touch, self
test fails on metadata and streaming. Disabled and re-enabled to no
avail as well as the magic turn server off and on again, any
suggestions?
One of the joys for me with this wonderful plugin and spotify is the
similar artists click. I am discovering loads of new music but find I
can't add new artists to the library from this route but need to go back
and search for them before I can add them to the library. Am I missing
something or
does this work on xp? Struggling to get it to do so at the moment.

I get the error message Spotify.exe is not a valid win32 application. Is
this due to XP? Any help appreciated! I guess my listening is 50/50 my
